  • Email Content: We temporarily store raw email message content, including headers, body text, and attachments, for up to thirty (30) days. After thirty (30) days, raw message content is automatically deleted. Basic metadata and delivery information remains available for up to sixty (60) days.
  • Delivery Event Data: Delivery confirmations, bounce notifications, spam complaints, and engagement events (such as opens and clicks, where enabled).

Data Controller and Processor Roles: With respect to your account information and usage data, we act as the data controller. With respect to the email content and recipient data you transmit through our Services, we act as a data processor on your behalf. You remain the data controller for the personal data of your email recipients.
