White Label Email
White Label Email for SaaS Platforms
Let your customers send email from their own domains — through your product. Ark handles the infrastructure: domain authentication, multi-tenant management, and delivery. Your brand stays front and center.
What white label email means
White label email is when a SaaS platform sends email on behalf of its customers, using each customer's own domain. The emails come from [email protected]— not from your platform's domain, and not from a third-party email provider.
This requires domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, and CNAME records) so inbox providers trust that your infrastructure is authorized to send on behalf of your customer's domain. It also requires multi-tenant architecture so each customer's sending, analytics, and suppression lists are properly scoped.
Most email providers bolt on multi-tenant support as an afterthought. Ark was built for it from day one. For a full technical walkthrough of how this works, see our guide on how to send email from your customer's domain.
Who uses white label email
Agencies
Rebrand an email marketing tool for clients. Send campaigns under each client's domain with their branding.
Hosting Providers
Offer branded transactional email alongside hosting. Customers get email sending without a separate provider.
SaaS Platforms
Embed email sending in your product. Each customer sends from their own domain with per-tenant analytics and scoped sending.
Built for thisWhy SaaS platforms need a different approach
Generic email providers weren't designed for platforms that manage hundreds of sending domains across thousands of customers. You end up building multi-tenancy yourself — managing subaccounts, configuring DNS per customer, and hoping one customer's spam complaints don't tank everyone else's deliverability.
